If you do not agree with any part of these Terms & Conditions, you may not access the website or use our services.
1. No Refund for Change of Mind: Refunds are not provided if the client decides to discontinue using the product without any technical or service-related issues.
2. Subscriptions: Any subscriptions (Annually, monthly or any Subscription) are generally non-refundable except under extraordinary circumstances, which will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
3. Cancellation of Subscription: Clients must unsubscribe at least three (3) days before the renewal date to avoid automatic charges. Once a payment has been processed, it is non-refundable, and the client must use the product for the specific period.
4. Free Trials: If a free trial is offered, clients must cancel before the end of the trial period to avoid being charged. Once charged, the payment is non-refundable.
5. Technical Issues: Refunds may be considered if the client experiences significant technical issues that cannot be resolved within 30 days of reporting the problem, and if these issues are due to the fault of our software.
6. New Feature Requests and Refunds: We value our customers' input and are committed to continually enhancing our products with new features and improvements. While we strive to incorporate your suggestions, please note that requests for new features are not considered technical issues. As such, these requests do not qualify for refunds. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to bringing exciting updates to enhance your experience.
7. Request for Refund: Our policy unfortunately does not permit refunds but please note that during any genuine circumstances (for 0.1% case), all requests for refunds must be made in writing and sent to our support team within 30 days of the issue occurring.
8. Evaluation Period: Refund requests will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis, considering the nature of the issue and the client’s history of usage.
9. Non-Refundable Situations: Payments made for any additional services, custom developments, or one-time setup fees are non-refundable.
10. Pro-Rated Refunds: In the case of a refund being approved, a pro-rated refund will be issued based on the remaining time in the subscription period.
11. Refund Processing Time: Approved refunds will be processed within 10-15 business days. The time taken for the refund to reflect in the client’s account may vary depending on the payment method and banking processes.
12. Chargebacks: Any chargebacks will result in immediate termination of the client's account, and the client will be liable for any related fees or charges.
13. Refund Communication: Clients will be notified via email regarding the status of their refund request and any actions required on their part.
14. Service Discontinuation: In the event that CLICK-365 discontinues the service, clients will be offered a pro-rated refund for the unused portion of their subscription.
15. Special Offers and Refunds: We strive to provide exceptional value to our customers through special promotions. To ensure clarity and fairness, our refund policy for these promotions is designed to reflect the value of the paid subscription period only.

Our policy unfortunately does not permit refunds but please note that this case study is for 0.1% case during any genuine circumstances.
Suppose you take advantage of our "1 year subscription + 6 months free" offer. In the event that you request a refund, the calculation will be based on the initial paid year only, not the combined 18-month period.
- If you request a refund after using the service for 13 months, it will not be eligible for a refund because the initial paid period has been exceeded.
- If you request a refund within the first 9 months, the refund will be calculated on a pro-rata basis for the remaining 3 months of the paid subscription, not for the additional free 6 months.
16. Misuse or Abuse: Refunds will not be provided if it is determined that the product was misused or abused, violating the Terms and Conditions.
